Portland Adventist Academy presents
a PAA Virtual Performance
Featuring music from Concert Band, Concert Choir, Alegria, Bell Canto, Saxophone and String Quartets, a piano solo by Eric Lyu, and three performances from the PAA Drama Class.
When PAA students were finally able to begin returning to campus in January for limited in-person instruction (LIPI), Dr. Carter, PAA Music Department Chair, laid out an exciting and ambitious plan for his music and drama class students. The result of their hard work is yours to enjoy!
Music students were thrilled to finally be able to meet with together as a full ensemble in late April. With the return to full-school instruction, PAA music and drama students are already preparing new material to share soon.
While this school year has been anything but predictable, Dr. Carter and his students know the key to success in times like these is hope and flexibility. PAA students and teachers like Dr. Carter have risen to meet every challenge day after day with hope and grace.
